Service Description

We will test your well/drinking water for Nitrates, Nitrite, Total Coliform, and E. coli. These four tests are commonly required for home closings. Ask your lending agency for specific details. We will also measure your Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) using direct reading equipment, for Formaldehyde (HCHO), Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs), Particulate Matter 2.5, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Relative Humidity (RH) and Air Quality Index (AQI). Conduct a Visual Assessment for Moisture (Water) Intrusion and Mold, as well as Moisture meter readings and, Infrared Thermal Imaging and provide you with a lab report
